Delivery times range from next day to 2 weeks depending on your location within Australia.

You will be provided with tracking details once your shipment has been sent.
You will be contacted by email &/or telephone to confirm shipment details such as collection confirmation and delivery estimates.

Velo Electric is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Velo Electric is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
